Exchanges/Returns

We will gladly refund or exchange an item if it is not what you expected. We will only refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt by you, (excepting custom orders, gift cards and sale items; unless the item appears faulty.)

The product must be in its original condition with tags and original packaging still intact, when we receive it at Faux Flower Company.

Please follow these steps to return or refund an item.

  • Please email us at info@fauxflower.com.au
  • If your item has been unused and is still in original packaging, we will send a refund form.
  • Please fill out the form, and email it back to us.
  • Once it is received and approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
  • If you return your item and it is not approved for a refund, we will contact you to return your item.
  • Unless you are entitled to a refund under Australian consumer law, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item (and the exchanged item if possible)
